Song lyrics are usually not overlapped with other text, though. This does mean that it can get pretty messy in dialogue-heavy scenes, so be advised. Nearly all of the dialogue, including most song lyrics, and all translations for text based on the Funimation translations, has been transcribed. Really important disclaimer, though: This is my first time doing any dubtitling work, so I'm not sure if I formatted the subs correctly for deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences. After a long while of typing, fine-tuning, and some small proofreading, I think they're on a satisfactory level. Seeing as I had a lot of free time on my hands, I went to work. I wanted to be able to watch the dub even if sound conditions aren't ideal (for example, a large room with bad speakers). To my knowledge, no subtitles that match the English dub are available for any physical version of Your Name sold around the world.
